sleeping eh..

so I’m not sleeping at right time.. but seriously.. I don’t think its that bad… well.. some researches showed that being a night owl is just fine.. so yea.. that’s kind a nice.. isn’t it.. 😛 and yea.. if your thinking that I failed well I say I tried..:P and its cool just the way it is.. I mean.. yea..  read the below to know more about night owls..

Day 2 !! ~ not fair

Seriously Guys !!! I dont think sleeping on time is an easy thing!!  there is such a lag!!… I’m unable to do it!! well .. that’sit All night Programs Will be Shifted to early Morning!! But The Weird Thing is Early Morning bears the Soul of my Sleep!! awh!! okay I’m gonna give it some more tries!!

 

Come ON!!! It can’t be that Hard!!!

Day 1! ~ NOT FAIR

Okay day one I taught of sleeping at 10:00 pm but some intense and Important work came upon.. and what can I say… I slept at 11:30 pm and the next day the intense and well weird situation went south that was useless so yea I should have slept soon.. 😛

 

 

 

Sleep Test day one.

This is a 15 day test kind of thing where everyday I’ll sleep at 10:00 pm and tell you how the days are when Compared to Other days.. well these days I sleep around 11:30-12:30 and wake up 7:30 am in the morning so a total of around 7-8 hours geez thats good..:-) but to tell u the truth, I get to sleep around 5-61/2 hrs only.. 😛  but say I sleep at 10:30pm and woke up at 6:30 am well how will my life be ?? will there be any change..:-) stay tuned to find out.. and Its a hard habit to change but hey I’m gonna do it.. 😀
